Development Opportunities

  • Can be inclined to worry and reluctant to delegate. Write down your concerns and discuss with a manager, coach or mentor to move past the concerns to completion.

  • Finishers could be accused of taking their perfectionism to extremes. Find ways to gain perspective by asking a few simple questions such as 'What are the long-term consequences of not finishing the remaining details?'
