Managing Candidates in Your Organization
If you do not have a candidates link yet and would like to visualize your hiring candidates on your teams, please click below to contact us:
Click on the ADMIN tab at the top of your dashboard.
Select the “Candidate” tab on the left side of your Admin dashboard.
From the list of candidates, click the name of who you would like to see. From the "add to" dropdown, select the team(s) you would like to visualize the candidate on.
Next, go to your team dashboard and this candidate will now appear in your list of team members. Simply toggle them to “ON” and hit apply to see them on your team.
Any candidate that is toggled to “ON” will appear in purple across the whole team dashboard, allowing you to easily identify them among your current team members.
Depending on your team needs, the strongest candidate may look very similar to your existing team, or they may look quite different and fill necessary gaps. If you have any questions about this, we're here to help! Contact us.
You can approve or reject candidates on the admin page.
Approving a candidate will add them as a normal team member.
Rejecting a candidate completely removes them from your Cloverleaf database.
