How it works:

1. Learn by doing ... and competing!

Put your team’s change leadership skills to the test by competing with 100 other teams from across the nation. Prizes are awarded to the top 5 teams.

2. Participate from anywhere

The event kicks off with a 90 minute virtual meeting covering our change model and how the simulation works. Then, your team will have 72 hours to complete the 4-hr simulation at your own pace. Finally, wrap-up with a 90-minute virtual meeting to review the results and key learnings.

3.Register your team by August 7th

Your $800 registration includes 2-4 team members. Registration includes all Team Challenge materials, simulation access, detailed analysis of your team dynamics, and the complete Change Leadership Toolkit.
