Darrin, Cloverleaf's co-founder, had spent years inside some of the world's biggest companies watching team dynamics on a large scale. Then he landed at a small video production agency, where he watched it play out up close. Same animator. Different creative director. Completely different results.
That's where he met Kirsten, his now co-founder, who was living the same problem from the other side. A young team leader with no playbook simply wanting to figure it out.
A lot of assessments and awkward team meetings later, they kept arriving at the same conclusion.

What we believe
