The one HR tool staff asked for more of: Cloverleaf.
The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunity and well-being for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities across the United States.
A team that finally met and didn't know how to connect.
When the TAAF team met in person for the first time, the energy was genuine. People wanted to connect, to learn from each other, to build something together. But the wanting wasn't enough. "We just don't know how to do that," they said.
Rohit Paul, Chief People & Culture Officer, started looking for tools that could help the team understand their learning styles, their preferences, and how to come into meetings without feeling exhausted and nervous about whether things would land. That search led to Cloverleaf.
The morning email changes how meetings begin.
Integrated with Google Calendar, Cloverleaf now means that before anyone enters a meeting, they have a sense of who they're meeting with and how to approach them. Some of the daily coaching emails are easy to receive. Some are harder. But they're real. And they help people guide themselves through the day.
At least your mornings are starting this way where we get to understand a little bit more."

Performance conversations that feel empowering, not intimidating.
Staff members who walk into review conversations nervous, often dreading how they'll land, can be met by managers who already know how to approach that specific person. What style works for them. How to make the conversation empowering rather than intimidating.
That's the goal of what a performance process should be. Cloverleaf makes it possible at scale.
The staff asked for more.
Most HR tools generate a groan. Another assessment. Another platform. Another thing to do. Cloverleaf generated something different: staff members asking whether Cloverleaf offered additional resources, whether they were utilizing it to its fullest.
It's the one tool staff don't groan at me in HR about. They're the ones who ask: 'Does Cloverleaf offer additional resources?' I haven't heard that about any tool we've put out from HR."
