INSP is an independent cable television network ranked in the top 10 cable TV networks in the US for 140+ consecutive weeks, serving millions of viewers nationwide.

Acquisition at scale. Culture at risk.

In 2022, INSP acquired 12 broadcast television markets across the country. Overnight, they had teams in dozens of new locations, people who didn't know INSP's values, its culture, or the way it did business. The integration challenge wasn't just operational. It was human.

The question was how to walk through the door already knowing the people on the other side. Cloverleaf became the answer to both.

Cloverleaf not only allows us to get to know them, it allows them to get to know us, and we have the ability to truly understand who they are and what they're looking for before we ever walk through the door."

Vice President, Organizational Development, INSP

Eight platforms became one.

When the Organizational Development function was built at INSP, they discovered teams were running eight or ten different assessment tools independently. Enneagram here, Myers-Briggs there, StrengthsFinders somewhere else. Everyone was using assessments, but nobody was speaking the same language.

Cloverleaf brought everything into one space. Teams could keep the assessments they valued. But now there was a common language, a way to talk about how people show up, what they need, and how they serve one another.

Years ago we would say: you are a Woo, this is what a Woo shows up as. But what do we do with that? Cloverleaf allows us to actually understand: this is how you show up, this is how you like to be thought about, this is where you feel valued. It changes our behaviors toward one another."

Retention data that speaks for itself.

INSP tracks retention closely. Their data is clear: teammates on Cloverleaf stay longer. Teams that had experienced significant turnover for years are now at over a year with no turnover. The correlation is easy to draw.

Over 12 to 14 months, silos began to fall. Teams started working better together. Cross-organization collaboration emerged where it hadn't existed before.

Very little time is required for very significant impact."

A cheat code for managers.

For managers, Cloverleaf functions like insider knowledge, knowing that one team member is a storyteller while another wants direct answers, and being able to meet each of them where they are. A small investment, a 4-hour offsite and a few minutes a day, that compounds into retained teams.

We've done about a 4-hour offsite and then we encourage them to do some of these 3, 5, 10-minute-a-day types of things. That's a very small investment for a leader to be able to retain a team for over a year."
